While FIOS is still in the early stages of implementation and is only available in a limited number of spots across the country, most customers are very happy with the service. It can be used by businesses or residential customers for internet access or voice/data calling. Eventually the service will expand to include an array of full high quality digital TV programming. When compared to existing telephone communications or DSL the advantages speed and quality become readily apparent, making FIOS the clear winner.
